So, you want to build a Network Marketing List Online?

In my last post Should You Make a Network Marketing List?…Or Is That Just Old School B.S.?, we discussed what the whole hoopla around making a network marketing list is and why you MUST have one.  Now the question is how.   There are two basic categories of list building — Online and Offline.  Today we will focus on how to build your network marketing list online, otherwise known as internet marketing or online network marketing.

First a caveat: If you think internet marketing is the be all and end all and it will free you from the old school “make your list” thing, think again.  Online network marketing IS nothing more than creating a warm market from scratch online instead of using an existing warm market offline and adding and expanding that list.  It’s just one of many ways to connect with people and create a network.

If you choose to build a network marketing list online just know it takes time.

Learning how to do it RIGHT is like learning a language.  You don’t just run out and buy an Italian dictionary, read it and become fluent in Italian, right?  Same with online network marketing list building.  You learn it in layers.  First and foremost you must learn attraction marketing.  Understanding how to draw people to you who ask you about your business and ask you to join your team is powerful…and fun!

In order to build your MLM leads list using online network marketing, you must recognize that the second word in Network Marketing is MARKETING.  You must learn marketing.  Period.
