    I Just Found Out 4 Words that Will Instantly Pique Interest With Your MLM Prospects and Get THEM To Ask YOU About Your Opportunity…Would You Like To Know What They Are?

    …I’ll give you a hint…they’re in the title of this article. 

    It can seem very daunting to talk to your mlm prospects at times.   Perhaps you’re still a newbie, or you’ve had a bad day or whatever the reason.  For many of you, even having done this for a while, you still get that anxious feeling in your stomach before (or during a call)… or worse yet, this anxiety keeps you from prospecting at all and turns you into a Master Procrastinator instead of a Master Closer and you start finding excuses not to get on the phone with your prospects at all.  Disaster!

    What sometimes happens is this….  So, you’re on the phone with a prospect and you suddenly blank…  “What do I say to that???”, you’re thinking.  Okay, when you get stuck, it’s always good to fall back on something comfortable – to whip a familiar tool out of your arsenal… 

    Open that tool chest and reach in there and grab these four words:  “I just found out…” 

    So simple, but think of all the applications…  Here are some examples of ways to use this simple phrase when you’re in a pickle.

    I just found out how you can get gold and silver for very little cost and actually get paid in the process…Would you like to know how? 

    I just found out how to generate 67 leads from one email simply by cutting and pasting in 5 minutes flat…Wanna know how?

    I just found out how to be at my son’s soccer game and generate 32 leads at the same time…Want to know how I do it?

    One big thing though…did you notice that I always tagged a question on the end of the “I just found out…”  You must do this if you want the conversation to continue…and you DO want it to continue now that you’ve piqued your prospect’s interest. 

    You can also use this as a great introduction when you’re out there in the world just doing your daily tasks…afterall, we’re always prospecting, right?

    For example, you’re talking to your waitress at a restaurant; you’ve established a rapport.   She’s got a great outgoing personality…you have an instinct about her entrepreneurial abilities.   At some point during the conversation, you can say:  You know Sue, I see how hard you are working, sweating, running around and expending all this effort just for few dollars here and there…Well, I just found out how you can earn $10,000 per month from the comfort of your home and never have to serve another dish again…Is that something you are interested in hearing more about?

    If you do this right (and it’s pretty hard not to), they will be asking you to tell them about your business because you’ve piqued their interest.  Isn’t it so much more fun to prospect when THEY ask YOU to tell them more!?  YES! 

    Hey, I just found out how to end this article.   Would you like to know how I can end an article and leave a network marketer smiling as they put a new tool in their toolbox?  I’m betting the answer is YES!

    MLM Success: Part 4-Why I Won’t Sponsor You…Yet.

    Now I know that might sound a little harsh if you don’t understand my motivation.  Here it is.  I only sponsor SERIOUS marketers.  Now a lot of marketers say they’re serious about getting into profit, achieving MLM succes and building an empire, but their actions say otherwise.  If you think you’re in the latter group, read on.

    There’s a big different between the two.  Let’s talk about that for a moment. 

    There are two kinds of people in this world – there are those who say they’re going to do something, and those who actually do it. 

    Which one are you?   Now if you’re really being honest with yourself right now, 97% of you are in the first category.  97% of you reading this article right now talk a lot about marketing and sponsoring, think a lot about marketing and sponsoring, but only 3% of you actually take consistent action on a regular basis and actually do it.  Only 3% of you reading this right now do the work necessary to really find success in this crazy biz we call Network Marketing.

    Isn’t that astounding?  So, why is it that they don’t do what is necessary to build their personal empire and get into serious profit? 

    Answer:  On some level they are blocking their own MLM success.  Perhaps on some level, they don’t feel they deserve wealth and success.  That is usually the case.  Somewhere along the way, they learned that they don’t deserve it, shouldn’t ask for it and won’t get it anyway…so why bother.  And although they want it badly, it won’t come until they shed themselves of these damaging beliefs and self-talk.

    So, I won’t sponsor them…yet.

    However, let’s look at what that other 3% is doing that makes them the kind of Marketer we ALL want in our downline. 

    This other 3% are doing the following:

    • Working on their personal development on a daily basis. 
    • They have figured out how to get leads from at least 5 different sources
    • They call their leads daily.  
    • They have more leads than they have time. 
    • They have a system in place with a targeted sales funnel that converts. 
    • They reach out and find successful mentors. 

    They are able to do this because they have a solid marketing plan that they execute on a daily basis.  They don’t waste their valuable time getting ready to get ready.  They take action.  They do.  But most of all, they have a firm belief that they deserve MLM success.  These are the leaders that I sponsor.

    These are the leaders you should be looking for when you sort and sift through your prospects.  These are the prospects that will help you create their empire through their ability to lead and sponsor others.  But before you can sponsor these leaders, you need to become a leader yourself.  You need to become the leader that you want to sponsor. 

    That’s an important concept so I’ll say it again.

    You need to become the leader that you want to sponsor.   Then, and only then, will you start attracting the kind of downline that won’t just sit there collecting dust and then quit because ‘it doesn’t work”.  THEN your empire will flourish.

    5 Simple Words That Will Put You In The Driver’s Seat With Prospects

    So, you’re in Network Marketing. What’s the one thing you have to do every day in order to really earn big. You got it…prospect. You must talk to your prospects.

    Well, did you ever find yourself talking to a prospect with that uncomfortable feeling in your belly…Uh-oh, I’ve lost control of this conversation! Yikes! You know that when talking to a prospect, you MUST BE and STAY in control of the conversation at all times. The minute you give that up, you’re dead in the water. Would it be okay if I could show you a trick that could put your prospect at ease and get you back in control of your conversation again?… I just did.

    Five little words: Would it be okay if ….?

    Do you see how instantly at ease it makes you when someone asks your permission to give them valuable information? They never say no. Think of all the ways you can use this simple technique. Would it be okay if I showed you a way you can work from the comfort of your own home instead of commuting 2 hours every day? Would it be okay if I showed you a way to generate 20 leads a day on Facebook for free with only 30 minutes of your time? Or, my personal favorite: Would it be okay if I showed you how have the UPS man deliver an asset that increases in value to your door every month on autoship instead of a consumable product? (Feel free to ask me about which primary business works with that introduction)

    Anyway, you get the picture. The possibilities are endless. When you get stuck, go right to “Would it be okay if…” and watch how fast you recover. Hey, even if you’re not stuck, it’s a good phrase to use to point your prospect to an answer of YES. Afterall, our conversations with our prospects should always deliver a series of YESes right to our door. But more on that another time.

    MLM Success: Part 3… Practical Magic aka Day-To-Day Strategies to Achieve MLM Success

    In my last article in this series “MLM Success: Part 2 — A Picture Is Worth A Thousand Reps!”, we talked about making a decision to be successful.   Today I’d like to try to get a bit more practical.  If you’ve been following along, so far, then you have your head in the game and you’re ready to TAKE ACTION.  Good.  You’ll never be successful unless you take action on a consistent basis.

    MAKE A MARKETING PLAN

                Goals

    If you’re serious about your business, you’ll need a marketing plan.  It’s really easy to get overwhelmed with the volume of information out there on the internet.  It seems like everyone has THE ANSWER to your MLM Success out there …just click here!  You get the picture.  In order to quiet the noise, it’s best to have a strategy in place, that way, when you feel yourself start to stray, procrastinate, have one eye one your work and the other on the “next best thing”, then you can stop and tell yourself to go back to your marketing plan.  Focus.

    So what should be on your marketing plan?  Good question.  Well, you’ve got your goals, now let’s get specific.  If your goals are about generating leads for example, then your marketing plan would involve a simple chart with a column on the left stating the different landmarks in lead generation you would like to achieve. 

    Example: Generate my first 10 leads, Generate my first 100 leads, Generate 10 leads per day, Generate 25 leads per day, Generate 50 leads per day.    The next two columns should have at the top:  Goal Date and Goal Achieved.  

    Now it’s on paper  and that’s powerful.  You have only to fill it in and feel the pride and joy as you check these goals off your list.

                Choosing Your Marketing Strategies

    Your next step is choosing the marketing strategies you have decided to focus on.  Many marketers make the mistake of trying to do to much when they are new.  Choosing too many strategies can be overwhelming  until you get some experience under your belt.  If you’re new, try to stick to 2 or 3 tops at the beginning. 

    Focus all your attention on those things you’ve chosen and STICK WITH THEM until you have figured out how to do them well.  Remember folks, make sure you’re getting the proper training in how to use all of these strategies.  If you’re not generating enough leads (or any leads), it’s probably because you are not executing these strategies correctly.  Get the right training and watch your list grow.

                Examples of Marketing Strategies

    Marketing online falls generally into 3 major categories.  When you’re new, I recommend choosing no more than ONE strategy from each of these categories :

    • Social Marketing.   Some examples of  Social Marketing would include:  Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, MySpace, YouTube, Better Networker, etc.  
    • Content Marketing strategies include: Video Marketing, Article Marketing, Squidoo, Hubpages, etc. 
    • Paid Marketing would include List Builders (Viral URL, Viral Hosts, List Joe, etc.), Pay-Per-Click (PPC) and Paid Solo Ads, etc.  

    YOUR PLAN

    Now that you’ve chosen your marketing strategies, it’s time to make another commitment.  How many hours will you devote each week to each of them.  And more importantly, what specific tasks for each strategy will you be consistently doing.

    Here’s where I’d make another little chart (I love visual aids!)  On the left, list your Marketing Strategy (Facebook for example).  Underneath each major category, list your specific tasks.  For Facebook this might include: adding friends, posting in groups, connecting and commenting, etc.  On the right, a column titled “Hours Per Week”.    Decide how much time per week you can devote to each specific task. 

    And there you have it.  Your Marketing Plan.  Now the key is STICKING TO IT!  Remember, you made a commitment.  Don’t give up and your  MLM success WILL happen!

    MLM Success – Part 2 – A Picture Is Worth A Thousand Reps

    Okay, in my last article in this series “MLM Success: Part 1 — Chase The Rainbows!”, we talked about Dreams and Goals in MLM and how they should be one and the same. Today I want you to think about your decision to be successful. Yes, that’s right I said YOUR DECISION to be successful. You’ve made your goal and dream one thing, now what are you going to do with them to achieve the MLM success you keep chasing.

    When I say decision, what I really mean is a commitment. If you’ve read any of my other articles, you’ll see this is a recurring theme that is infused all all the topics I speak of. You need to make a commitment to be successful. You need to decide. You need to see it, taste, it feel it, smell your success. You need to picture what it looks like in intricate detail.  Let’s start there.

    I’d like you to take a few moments and ask yourself what your MLM success looks like.  Let’s start with defining what success means to you.  Is success more leads than you can possibly call?  Is success prospects chasing you instead of vice-versa?  Is success being on the leaderboard of your primary business?  Is success being at the TOP of the leaderboard?  

    Maybe success simply just a lot of money — commissions flowing into your account like Niagra Falls?  Maybe it’s more time for yourself?  More time with your family? A summer house?  Any piece of property at all?  Or perhaps success to you is leading others by example.  Teaching others what you’ve learned and watching them achieve MLM success too (that’s one of my personal favorites)?

    You see, it really doesn’t matter what the picture is.  You just have to have it clearly defined.  Question:  Are those things I’ve listed clearly detailed pictures of your success?  Answer:  No.  They most certainly are not.  They are the bare bones of your picture. 

    So, if MLM success to you means more leads than you can call, then start to paint that picture in intricate detail.   Example…How many leads is that? 50 a day? 100 a day? Pick a number. Are they free leads? Where are these leads coming from? Your article marketing empire? Are they coming from your killer blog? From your social networks? Pay-Per-Click leads? Can you envision yourself with your lead list in your hand calling your prospects and running out of time to speak, but with an enormous list of names and numbers still in front of you?

    Now that you have that picture in your head – whatever it may be – I want you to keep it there. See it for a couple of minutes. Play it out. Fill in as many details as you can. NOW, what does it FEEL like when you watch that scene in your head? I imagine it must feel pretty good. Try to put words to those feelings. “I feel powerful” “I feel like a leader” “I feel proud” “I feel awe-inspiring!” …Whatever it is, let those feelings come and just sit there with them and allow yourself the gift of feeling them.

    THAT is what you need to conjure in your head every day.  I’d conjure it every morning when you get up, every night before you go to bed.  Sometimes I actually do it even more than that.   When I’ve had an encounter with someone really negative (you know the type), I bring up that image, and it refocuses me on what I’m doing this all for. It puts me back in the zone. And CLICK. I’m back to where I need to be — where it feels good and I’m in charge.  I’m driving back on MLM Success Road and I know EXACTLY where I’m headed.

    That’s where you need to be to create the MLM Empire in life that you’ve just created in your mind. Get that picture solid and we’ll move on to Part 3 tomorrow….

    Efusjon Energy Club – MLM Scam or MLM Success Story?

    So, you’ve got a can of Efusjon Energy Drink in one hand and your computer mouse in the other; you’re drinkin’ and surfin’…trying to find out the truth about this the Efusjon Energy Club.  The drink tastes great, but does the company leave an aftertaste in your mouth?   

    Will Efusjon, This Baby MLM, Grow Up To See It’s Adulthood

    Efusjon has had a crazy year full of ups and downs.  It came on strong; growing like wildfire in it’s pre-launch phase all the way until their fateful “Facebook Application Launch” in July of 2009.  Then SCREEEEEEECH!  (That was the sound of the breaks on Efusjon’s skyrocket to the top of the MLM game).  For months, Efusjon distributors had been touting the release of this Efusjon Facebook Application as the second coming…something that had “never been done before in MLM”.  Many distributors were telling their prospects that this application was going to “flood their matrix” with new distributors.   

    Now I will say that, Efusjon’s corporate top dogs never approved this strategy, but it went on for months anyway.  Alas, the success of the Facebook app was not to be.  Nobody’s matrix was flooded with new distributors from this new app.  It was just an app.  No magic MLM success machine.  Just a nice app from which people could enroll distributors on Facebook.   Ho-hum.   Because the hype was so strong, and the failure so big, this was the beginning of the descent of this company’s popularity in my opinion.

    The Efusjon Energy Club Comp Plan

    This started out to be a quite a well-paying comp plan, with a maxtrix configuration and a large overlap volume commission.  Basically, the company requires a distributor to enroll three more distributors in order to start earning commissions.   While this is still true, the amount you earn and the way you earn commission has changed multiple times in the past 12 months. 

    Many distributors who started out receiving massive commissions, 4.5% on personal enrollees and 4.5% on overlap commissions (with the company’s promise that this level of commission would never change) were greatly disappointed (to say the least) when Efusjon went back on their word.  They cut the commissions on overlap volume significantly (down to 1.25%).  Distributors who were very successful and making a great income saw it cut so significantly, that downlines began to collapse and distributors started dropping left and right. 

    In fact, Efusjon has since changed their comp plan several more times to try to recoup –upping the overlap to 1.5%, then again to 2.25%, adding various bonus possibilities and other incentives. Sadly, that recoup hasn’t yet happened.  They’ve created quite a decent comp plan now but it’s a big question mark as to whether they can ever recover from the enormous fallout of distributors and the bad tastes in their mouths.

    Is There a Future for Efusjon Energy Club?

    Ever since their failed Facebook Application and the massive comp plan changes, they have slowly but surely dropped in growth.  You can barely even find them anymore on Alexa.com.  

    If you’re not familiar with Alexa, this website keeps track of the traffic on all the websites out there and ranks them.  Basically, if your MLM doesn’t have an Alexa score, you should be getting your running shoes on and heading for the door.  On the other side of the coin, if you hit the top 100,000 websites on the internet Alexa’s site, you are officially “on the radar” and hugely popular and significant.  

    Efusjon, which was once well into that top 100,000 group, has dropped off in a big way and has been well below that 100,000 group for some time.

    So, what does all that tell you?

    Well, what it tells me is that Efusjon is either suffering from the bumps and bruises of their first year of life and will dust themselves off and start gaining again, or they’re toast.  There’s really no way to know for sure without a crystal ball.  Do your research.  Trust your gut.  If you love the product and want to take a flyer with a fledgling company that’s had both super highs and major bumps, go for it.  Just go in with your eyes wide open.

    Just In Case…

    I urge you to have a Plan B brewing in case things go south.  Most important, make sure you have great marketing skills, which you would need for SUCCESS IN ANY MLM.

    MLM Success: Part 1 — Chase The Rainbows!

    MLM Success…sigh. It seems to me that everywhere I go, whether it be on the internet, or in my own day-to-day dealings with people in MLM, that everyone is trying to find that “secret” formula for MLM Success. How on earth do you possibly achieve success in this industry? Sure, it seems like a no brainer – or that’s how many MLMers pitch the idea to their prospects – but is it really that easy? Let’s explore…

    Dreamer vs. Goal Setter…or BOTH

    I think it’s really important to suss out this important topic before we can get to the meat and potatoes of MLM Success because without dreams/goals, you’re dead in the MLM water.

    I had an interesting encounter recently that I want to share with you. There’s a guy I know – he’s not in MLM – but he is looking to achieve success…in the field of sports. Now this guy plays his game of choice every day. He’s relentless. Never does he have a free moment when he’s not playing. He makes it a priority. He does all those things that we all should be doing with our MLM businesses. But here’s the wrong turn I saw him take…

    I was so taken with his apparent determination, that I asked him about his game: “So, what’s your goal?”. Well, this confident-appearing man just wilted, and in a sheepish way, said: “Oh, I don’t have a goal with it…yet…Right now it’s only a dream… until I start having some success”. YIKES! Let’s talk about ALL the things wrong with that sentence.

    First and foremost, your goal and your dream should be ONE. To achieve MLM success or any success, you need to dream, and dream BIG. You need to make that dream into your goal and don’t stop until you get it. The great motivational speaker, Jeffery Combs, is always talking about how people in his life always tried to give him a “reality check” and told him to “stop chasing rainbows”. How crazy is that? And if he had listened to them, he wouldn’t be the amazing 7-figure speaker, coach and mentor to thousands that he is today. The heck with what others say. CHASE THE RAINBOWS!

    What else was wrong with what my friend said? Did you notice the turn of phrase “ONLY a dream”. Look how he belittled his true, passionate desire. ONLY a dream? If you don’t make your dreams and your goals into that one force that drives you, then how can you ever achieve them?

    Another bass-ackwards thing my friend did was put the achievement of success BEFORE the goal/dream. He expects to see results without actually setting the goal/dream? Doesn’t that seem a little twisted? First the dream/goal. Then the results. Seems like a no brainer, but so many of us have this mentality. We want proof before we are willing to commit to our dream/goal.

    Commitment To Your Dreams

    If that’s where your head is at, take this moment to make a commitment to yourself to change your tune right now. Change the script in your head. Make that goal and dream into one item. Write it down. Yes, WRITE it down. It’s very powerful when you see your dream/goal on paper. Say it out loud to someone you trust (preferably someone who’s not be judgmental in nature). Words coming out of your mouth are also powerful. They make the dream/goal REAL.

    I bet my friend never realized how much that tiny conversation touched me. I can’t believe how much I learned from it. Wisdom comes from so many unexpected places. Take every opportunity to learn from others and let it propel you to your own MLM Success!

    Is Numis Network Just Another Ho-Hum Network Marketing Company? No Way!

    Well, folks, another network marketing company is born.  And you’re thinking: Ho-hum Amy…say something interesting!  Well, how about this: Guess what folks, the ONLY network marketing company to deal in the gold and silver coins is born! … That’s a little more exciting I think.

    So, what does this mean to you, Mr. and Ms. MLM?  Well, if you’re reading this article, I’m guessing it’s because someone told you about Numis, or you read about it somewhere and want more information on this company.  Is Numis a scam or is Numis a legitimate MLM organization that you can finally be successful in?  Okay, let’s talk turkey… um, I mean gold and silver.

    The Marketplace

    Well, if you haven’t had your head buried too far in the sand, you know that the prices of gold and silver have recently skyrocketed.  You also must be aware that these two precious metals are the actual MONEY behind your paper money.  This is the stuff the entire world economy is based upon.

    The Language of Coins

    Why numismatic graded, modern issue coins?  And more importantly, WHAT THE HECK DOES ALL THAT MEAN?

    Let’s decode this one step at at time:

    Numismatic –  Numismatic simply refers to the study or collection of currency.  In this case, coins.

    Graded coins – This simply means the value of the coins are based not only on the content of gold and silver but also on their rarity, demand of collectors and the condition of the coin.

    Modern Issue – This refers to coins issued from 1985 on…  But mainly this phrase is used to contrast the collecting of  rare and vintage type coins, which is a whole other animal.

    The Company & It’s Leaders

    Numis is run by a team of solid leaders who have ample experience and success both in the Network Marketing and Direct Sales Industry.  Although Ian Cordell, Christopher Kent and Jake Kevorkian founded the company, the face you will see all over Numis is that of Expert Numismatist (what a title!), Mike Mezack.  This guy really knows his stuff.

    The Products

    The flagship product of Numis is the MS70 2009 Silver American Eagle coin.  MS70 is the highest grade a coin can achieve – nearly perfect.  They also sell the MS69 2009 Sliver American Eagle (valued significantly less than the MS70) and the extremely valuable MS70 1997 Silver American Eagle coin.  They have many additional coins available, but these are the ones they highlight most.

    The Comp Plan

    The comp plan for Numis is solid.  It’s basic binary type plan that pays you several different ways with many substantial bonuses that are not difficult to achieve.  This is in addition to the commissions you earn from sales volume.  When you evaluate this, or any MLM, always make sure that there’s emphasis on the product, not just on recruiting.

    Training

    Numis is one of the few Network Marketing Companies I’ve seen that offers substantial training…not only about their products, but about how to market them as well.

    Summary …or… Should You Join Numis Network?

    Well, frankly, I can’t see one good reason not to join Numis Network…  Unless you just don’t want to earn serious money in MLM and are content with your current lifestyle (yeah, right!).

    My reasons:

    • It’s the ONLY MLM out there in the very hot market of  Gold & Silver coins
    • Gold & Silver are trending really high in our economy right now
    • It’s a solid company, with solid leaders with a proven track record of success.
    • Great comp plan; easy to earn.
    • If you have to have a garage full of auto-ship product, wouldn’t it be great if it was money?

    Okay, if you’ve been researching articles on Fortune Hi-Tech Marketing, it’s probably because you’re thinking of joining, or already have and want to know: Is Fortune Hi-Tech Marketing a scam or a legitimate MLM business?  Good question.  

    FHTM: Scam or Legit?            Articles on Fortune Hi-Tech Marketing

    Now just because FHTM is an MLM, it doesn’t mean it’s a scam.  There are a great many legitimate MLM businesses out there giving a tremendous amount of people great opportunities to build their own business, and make a lot of money…  Opportunities to make great incomes that they wouldn’t  have with a regular  work-for-the-man type of job.  However, there are a few unsavory companies out there disguised as MLM organizations.  So here’s what you need to know in order to evaluate this company correctly to see if FHTM really is a scam or a legitimate MLM organization. 

    How Can I Tell If It’s a Scam? 

    First, a legitimate MLM offers a product or service.  That may seem fairly obvious to you but many of the pyramid scam type companies out there sort of float the idea of a product or service out there, but mainly are just moving money around from one level of distributor to another.  They kind of skate over the importance of their product in general.  So, does Fortune Hi-Tech Marketing actually offer legitimate products or services.  Yes they do.  

    Okay, let’s look at some more scam criteria.  

    The next, and most important thing you need to know to understand whether or not you’ve got a pyramid scam on your hands is this:  Does the company focus more on recruitment than on their products?  The whole purpose of a pyramid scam is to get you to sign up and get your money and then use you to recruit others and get their money, etc. The entire purpose of a legitimate MLM company is to move product.  In this way, the MLM creates a network of distributors that can throw a wider net and thus get more product out there on the market.  

    FHTM: Emphasis on Product/Services vs. Recruitment?

    So, does Fortune Hi-Tech Marketing put more emphasis on product or recruitment?  Check this out and then you be the judge.  One of the major factors to consider in their compensation plan is their “Stair Step Breakaway Program”.  When a distributor reaches a certain level, they (and their team) can break away from your organization and become their own entity.  In essence, they breakaway and become sort of your competition and leave you in the position of losing a chunk of income and having to recruit even harder.  

    This is one of the less favorable things about FHTM’s compensation plan in my opinion.  However, don’t take this one thing out of context.  You must consider all the factors before deciding whether or not this feels right to you.

    FHTM Training?: Are You Just Left Out In The Cold To Die Another Failed MLM Death?

    Let’s talk training.  Any great MLM organization will offer great training to it’s reps in a number of different marketing strategies in order to foster a well-educated team of distributors.  FHTM offers a minimal amount of training to their distributors.  Nothing innovative or comprehensive given by the company to enable anyone new to this industry to know how to create an FHTM network marketing empire. 

    Your Decision

    Before you decide whether or not to join Fortune Hi-Tech Marketing or any MLM company, do your research.  There is a lot of murmuring out there right now about this company being a scam.  But you must be the judge.  Remember network marketing is not a get rich quick scheme.  It’s a business.  It requires effort and work and then offers great rewards for that continued effort.  If any business is pitched to you as a way to make fast cash by just getting a small number of people under you, run.  There is no shortcut to success.
